Good Afternoon from SeaTrail...we are underway with framing of our in-house custom traditional design for our clients, The Alexanders. The Alexander residence will feature a double door front entry leading to a large foyer, opening into a coffered family room that leads to an open island kitchen and large coffered 'gathering table' area that will serve as the family dining area. A screened porch/covered outdoor grill area will be accessible via the dining or family room areas to take advantage of the best in outdoor living. The finished home will offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and front office with a bonus space over the garage.
